Apartment 1

Apartment 1 offers space for 5 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
In addition, you will find a dining area and a spacious sofa with Smart TV in the living room.

The 1st bedroom has a double box-spring bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and a 3rd bed is pull-out. Bed linen is provided.

The completely new bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity unit with sink. The towels are ready for you.

You can use WIFI in the entire apartment.

A cot and high chair are available on request.

You can order sandwiches before 5 p.m. and we will deliver them fresh the next morning.

Prices are per night per apartment.

Prices do not include tourist tax of €2.70 pppn, payable from 17 years.

Prices do not include final cleaning costs. These are €55.00.

Dogs are allowed. Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. We charge €15.00 extra cleaning costs per dog.

If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total travel sum will be charged.

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 60% of the total sum is due.

If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total travel sum is due.

If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the entire amount will be due.

In the event of subsequent employment or premature termination of the stay in the apartment, the full rental price remains due.

Cancellations must always be reported in writing to the landlord.
