Apartment 2

The apartment is currently undergoing extensive renovations. The apartment will open its doors and be available for rent in the summer of 2025. The photos above are an impression of what the apartment will look like.

Apartment 2 can accommodate up to 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. In addition, you’ll find a dining area and a spacious sofa with a Smart TV in the living room.

The 1st bedroom features a double box-spring bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed. Bed linen is provided.

The completely new bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and a vanity unit with a sink. Towels are provided for you.

You can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment.

A cot and high chair are available upon request.

You can order sandwiches before 5 p.m., and we will deliver them fresh the next morning.

Prices are per night, per apartment.

The prices do not include the tourist tax of €2.70 per person per night, which applies to guests from 17 years and older.

The prices do not include the final cleaning fee, which is €50.00.

Dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs per apartment. An additional cleaning fee of €15.00 per dog will apply.

Cancellation Policy:

• • • • If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total travel amount will be charged.
      • If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 60% of the total amount is due.
      • If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total travel amount is due.
      • If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the full amount is due.
      • In the case of early departure or premature termination of your stay in the apartment, the full rental price remains payable.

Cancellations must always be submitted in writing to the landlord.
